Dr. Tatiana Parzynski ND

Dr. Tatiana Parzynski is a naturopathic physician specializing in integrative primary care, treating men and women of all ages. As a clinician, Tatiana prides herself in adhering to the foundational philosophies of naturopathy. She treats the root cause of illness and teaches disease prevention strategies, strongly emphasizing nutrition and stress management.

The integrative care approach allows Dr.Parzynski to choose the most effective therapies from conventional and alternative medicine models. Her individualized treatment plans consider each patient's unique needs and circumstances.

Dr. Parzynski graduated from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon, and received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Daughter of a medical doctor and a physical therapist, Tatiana is a second-generation healthcare practitioner immersed in natural medicine from an early age.

Growing up on the Crimean coast of the Black Sea, Tatiana spent her summers working at a medical spa clinic, learning about comprehensive wellness and helping her mother grow and prepare wholesome organic foods. This childhood experience taught her to respect the body's natural ability to heal and thrive when given the proper terrain. Dr.Parzynski’s medical practice is deeply rooted in that belief and greatly informed by a life-long passion for holistic health, functional fitness, nutrition, and mindful living.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Parzynski likes to run, practice tai chi, cook, and spend time with her family and friends. Tatiana is fluent in English and Russian and has a conversational command of Spanish.
