Heather Habelka, NBC-HWC
Heather B. Habelka is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). Prior to joining NFH, she coached hundreds of UnitedHealth/Optum members enrolled in health/wellness and tobacco cessation programs. In addition to working with NFH, she is a Health Coach with BetterUp, the world’s largest coaching platform. Heather holds the NBC-HWC credential, health coaching’s highest standard, and has completed specialized training in integrative nutrition and holistic health cooking. She has also studied at the Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC. Heather is passionate about helping her clients take control of their health in a way that aligns with their priorities, lifestyle, strengths, budget, and bio-individuality.
